Peak Hour Considerations: During peak dining hours (12:00-2:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM), delivery times may be extended due to increased demand and restaurant preparation volumes. We recommend placing orders outside peak hours when possible for faster delivery, or considering our pre-order feature for peak-time dining.

Free Delivery Thresholds: We offer free delivery on orders exceeding certain minimum values, typically ₹300-500 depending on the area and restaurant. Free delivery thresholds are clearly displayed during the ordering process and may vary by restaurant partner and promotional offerings.

Peak Time Surcharges: During high-demand periods such as lunch hours, dinner time, weekends, and festivals, small surcharges may apply to manage delivery capacity and ensure service availability. These surcharges are clearly communicated before order confirmation and typically range from ₹10-30.

Special Delivery Charges: Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests such as contactless delivery to specific floors in high-rise buildings, delivery to offices with complex access procedures, or delivery during adverse weather conditions.
